So, I did a VACCP analysis, for food fraud. It's attached. We have a unique set of raw materials and products, and it is a small market, I'm not sure why anyone would want to try a food fraud here. It would probably cost more than they would make. And I made that as a general statement at the top. But, BRC says I have to do one, so here's my first attempt. What do you all think? Anyway, I've had a look at your VACCP, and your on the right road. it makes sense and its not too technical. Think its a damn good back bone.

I would tart it up a little bit (technical term- tart it up!)
Show how you've risk assessed it (Likelihood , severity, risk). Dhow what the risk is (substitution, dilution, mislabelling, grey markets etc)
I'm going to send you my documents, but I think ive got a bit OTT. Your process seems simpler that mine. And I think there's probably more fraud in Dairy!
The content is fine

I like this! I am actively avoiding implementing this here (I haven't been asked to...) but this reads VERY well and is both broad and specific to your product. Very nice!

Thanks for the feedback, both of you. It is appreciated.
Caz, your stuff helped out a LOT, it gave me ideas on how to "tart it up" a bit.
